I am a husband, father of two girls, business owner, therapist, and expert on behavior, emotions, and relationships.

I work with families and individuals to restore peace and connections so you may enjoy each other again. You can eat a meal together without stress, yelling, or awkwardness, you can talk to one another without tension, and approach each other with confidence. Whether it is ADHD, anxiety, depression, or grief, I am here to help.

I am easy to talk to! After our first interaction you will leave feeling understood, comfortable, and hopeful. I will help you express and discuss your pain and difficulties.

I enjoy movies, the outdoors, board games, drinks with friends, a good book, and all things Pokemon.
